In accordance to Section 112 (2) of the National Environment Act Cap 2019, The developer of a project set out in Part I of Schedule 4 of this Act is required to submit a project brief to the Authority in the manner prescribed by regulations. Sultan Consults Ltd assists developers both Government and private sector to conduct appropriate studies to develop the project Briefs for submission to NEMA and other lead agencies for decision making and ensure smooth and expedited approval processes.
